Our products and services

Do you only install uPVC products?

In short, no! We supply and install a wide range of products, with uPVC and aluminium options for windows, as well as a variety of materials for doors and conservatories.

Do you only service homes of existing Channel Windows customers?

Whether we installed the windows, doors or conservatory in your home or not, we’re more than happy to service whatever needs looking at in your property. We will either recommend repair work or we can provide a quote for new products – you can talk through your options with one of our experienced advisors!

Do you carry out repairs on products that weren’t installed by Channel Windows?

If we can help you, we’d never turn you away! Our servicing team will come to your property to assess it, and then suggest remedial work or replacement products. With the standard of our work and what we can promise you we have a feeling you’ll be a converted Channel Windows customer!

Do you offer a supply-only service, or just supply and install?

What we offer is flexible! For customers that need the full service, we offer to supply and install the products in their homes. We also provide business owners and DIY-ers with the materials that they can use to install their own windows and doors, with the guarantee that their products are of the best quality.

How do I maintain my new windows doors, or conservatory?

To keep your new home improvements looking shiny and brand new for as long as possible, your advisor will go through all the steps with you, with your requirements and property in mind. Along with your guarantees, you’ll be given a maintenance manual, which you can talk through with one of our team.

How long will the wait be between placing my order and my installation?

Typically, the wait time for your project will be around 6-8 weeks, but this is dependent on the products chosen! We make sure not to spread our installers too thin and not to hire casual workers – this means the standard of our work is always top of the line.

The quality of our work and your satisfaction is the priority, which is just one of the reasons why our company is the one to choose – your home will be in safe hands. You can speak with your advisor to get more clarity on the time frame of your project.

Working with Channel Windows

Do you take credit and debit cards?

On our Trade and DIY counter we accept all forms of payment, except American Express & Diners Club. For payments of goods and services such as our supply and install service, we accept debit cards, personal cheques, and cash. However our preferred method of payment is via secure BACS payments.

Will I be required to pay a deposit?

You will be asked to a pay a deposit for your purchase from Channel Windows. The amount will be confirmed with you by your advisor as every individual case is different – much like every service! Everything is tailored to our customers’ homes.

Are there financial plans available?

Channel Windows is unable to offer a financial plan for your home improvement investment. We do pride ourselves on having products available for a range of budgets, and you can be sure that we’ll quote you with the fairest price we can offer.

When will my payment be due?

When your project with Channel Windows is completed, one of our experienced installers will carry out quality checks on the work done in your home. Once this is carried out and we’re sure the work is finished to an outstanding standard, that’s when your payment will be due.

How will I know I’ve been quoted with the best price?

At Channel Windows, honesty is an integral part of who we are. We never use pushy sales techniques to get new customers – instead we rely on our authenticity and excellent standard of work! Our first price will be the best one – our advisors will be more than happy to discuss this with you if you have questions.

Can I get a quote over the phone or by email?

Every service and product we provide is bespoke to your specific needs. As every property is different, it’s impossible for us to give standard prices! To get a quote for your home improvement, please arrange an appointment for one of our representatives to come and take a look at your requirements.

How can I be reassured about the quality of your products?

Channel Windows are a FENSA registered company. On top of that, the suppliers we use are BSI (British Standards Institute) and BBA (British Board of Agreement) certified. If you’d like to see our products in person to experience them yourself, come and visit our Kent showroom!

What are the benefits of using a FENSA certified company?

FENSA is the industry standard for installers handling your windows and doors. You can rest assured your installation will be in compliance with building regulations, and will be completed to a high standard. FENSA is trusted by local authorities, industry, and government, which gives you that added element of trust in our company. Your installation will be guaranteed as well as your products.
