As a trade manager and service engineer, it’s safe to say that Gavin is a bit of an all-rounder! Having joined Channel Windows in 2008, he has extensive experience quoting, ordering, and delivering materials for bespoke orders, as well as assisting customers on site for quality checks and servicing matters. No two days are ever the same – apart from that cup of tea that kickstarts every morning! With his knowledge of servicing and parts, varied workload, and a close-knit, dependable team around him, it’s safe to say Gavin loves his role. In his spare time, he likes to unwind and refresh, taking his dog for long, peaceful walks. This lets him start the week with a fresh mind, ready and raring to see what each day has in store.
