Nicole is an important part of our administrative team, handling a wide range of enquiries and requests for servicing. Her day-to-day routine is busy and highly varied, covering everything from booking in service calls to ordering replacement parts from our suppliers. Since joining the Channel Windows team in 2022 she has thrived in her role and has contributed to the good customer relations that we’re known for. Nicole’s attention to detail and organisational skills ensures that every detail is accounted for so that our customers can receive the best possible experience. She loves being part of our close-knit team and building relationships with our customers. Outside of the office, Nicole loves to travel and keeps active by walking and playing tennis.
